Leadership Forum is an Intellectual and Self Empowerment Club of individual members and their families. The Forum was founded by a group of young men who participated in a Leadership Workshop & Motivational Training Programme back in 1993. As the workshop came to conclusion they realized that the Success Mantras and Dale Carnegie-model doctrines and principles for mastering Human Relationships they have just been introduced to need to be practiced on an on-going basis if sustainable Individual Success is to be attained . Around this central idea, Leadership Forum was founded.
A lateral cross section of the Forum would exhibit Accountants, Architects, Bankers, Businessmen, Barristers, Builders, Doctors, Engineers, Entrepreneurs, I T Professionals, Property Developers, Sea Farers, Stock Brokers, etc. as constituent Members. The Forum was later registered with the government under the Travancore-Cochin Literary, Scientific and Charitable Societys Registration Act, 1955 as ER No. 35/2006. Membership is offered by invitation only and is open to all adult individuals, who, in the opinion of the Board of Directors of the Forum, are enthusiastic and receptive of the ideas and ideals promulgated by the Forum. Since many of the activities of the Forum involve the spouse and children, membership on a Single status is not entertained.
