Leadership Forum is an Intellectual and Self Empowerment Club of individual members and their families. The Forum was founded by a group of young men who participated in a Leadership Workshop & Motivational Training Programme back in 1993. As the workshop came to conclusion they realized that the Success Mantras and Dale Carnegie-model doctrines and principles for mastering Human Relationships they have just been introduced to need to be practiced on an on-going basis if sustainable Individual Success is to be attained . Around this central idea, Leadership Forum was founded.
The Forum was later registered with the government under the Travancore-Cochin Literary, Scientific and Charitable Societys Registration Act, 1955 as ER No. 35/2006. Membership is offered by invitation only and is open to all adult individuals, who, in the opinion of the Board of Directors of the Forum, are enthusiastic and receptive of the ideas and ideals promulgated by the Forum. Since many of the activities of the Forum involve the spouse and children, membership on a Single status is not entertained.
The mission of the forum is to engage the members in such activities so as to Enrich the lives of the members intellectually, emotionally, culturally and spiritually. Educate and enlighten the members as regards the modern skills and techniques for success in life. Encourage and promote public speaking skills of the members. Encourage and promote assertiveness in all relationships. Encourage and promote mutual help among the members. Create awareness and concern among members during times of national disasters and emergencies.
